South Seas Christian Ministries was founded in 1988 through the vision of Jack Thompson. Jack was a businessman in Honolulu, Hawaii, and also a titled Samoan Chief. He had a dream for the people that they would come to know Jesus Christ in a more personal way in Samoa. Everyone belongs to a church and everyone goes to church, but it of

He had a dream for the people that they would come to know Jesus Christ in a more personal way in Samoa. Everyone belongs to a church and everyone goes to church, but it often stops right there, without any type of personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Unfortunately this holds true even with some of the pastors. Jack and Charlene Thompson founded SSCM along with close friend Michael Maxson and Pastor Alger Fitch. His dream of helping the people of Samoa and the South Pacific continues today by spreading the love and grace of Jesus Christ and building personal relationship with our Savior.

Over the past 30 years of missions to Samoa, SSCM continues to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the people by way of Medical clinics, Building supplies for the hurrican plagued region, Bible camps, Bible seminars, Youth sports camps, and other needs in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesius Christ.
Each year SSCM takes mission teams from Hawaii and across the USA to provide these camps, seminars as well as building and medical supplies to the area. We invite you to learn more about our mission,

- Provide building and equipment supplies during Disaster relief times on the islands.
